New Workflows Landing Page in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Workflows landing page now includes an AI Builder that turns plain-English prompts into workflows, niche-specific templates, drag-and-drop step placement, and direct links from conversations to execution logs.

The Workflows landing page in Sparkforge has been rebuilt around faster onboarding. New users get an AI Builder, industry-tailored templates, in-page videos, and direct access to execution logs from any conversation.

Three ways to start a workflow

  • AI Builder: describe the automation in plain English at the top of the page.
  • Templates: browse pre-built workflows, including industry-specific ones.
  • From scratch: click Create Workflow and build step by step.

Important: if you do not see the AI Builder, confirm it is enabled in Settings > Labs. Labels can vary by plan and rollout, including company- or agency-level Labs toggles.

AI Builder

Type a prompt in the What do you want to automate? field. For example: "When form is submitted, send SMS to lead, wait 5 minutes for response — if no response create call task, if they respond add tag." The AI generates the workflow.

Quick-start chips like Lead Nurturing, Form Automation, and Email Campaigns sit below the prompt for one-click drafts.

Onboarding tailored to your niche

On first run, you pick a business niche. Sparkforge then surfaces relevant templates and examples — a real estate agent sees property follow-up flows; a clinic sees appointment reminder flows. Use View All Templates to browse the full catalog.

Learn-while-you-build resources

The landing page now embeds tutorial videos covering:

  • Introduction to Workflows
  • Workflow Templates
  • Building a Workflow from Scratch
  • Workflow Settings, Enrollment History, and Execution Logs

Jump to execution from a conversation

When troubleshooting, open the exact workflow run from the message that triggered it.

  • From Conversations: message details → Workflow → Execution Details (context loaded).
  • From a workflow: Workflows → open workflow → Logs.

Drag and drop triggers and actions

  1. Open the Triggers or Actions sidebar.
  2. Click and hold an item, then drag it onto the canvas.
  3. Hover a valid drop target (a + marker or gap between steps). A highlighted placeholder shows where the step will go.
  4. Drop, configure, and save.

Important: if you exit the workflow without saving, the dragged step is discarded.

Agency-wide rollout

If your agency turns on the AI Builder in Labs, it activates across all sub-accounts — no per-location setup. Agency owners visiting a sub-account see a confirmation pop-up with a quick Disable option for that location.

The classic Create Workflow dropdown still includes the option to start from scratch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why don't I see the new AI Builder experience?
AI Builder has to be enabled in Labs first. Go to Settings > Labs and turn on the AI Builder feature to load the new Workflows landing page.
How do I hide the AI Builder from a specific sub-account?
In that sub-account, open Automation > Workflows > Global Workflow Settings and disable the AI Builder. The new landing experience reverts to the standard view there.
Do drag-and-drop changes save automatically?
No. If you leave the workflow without saving, dragged triggers and actions are not added to the canvas.
Are niche templates editable?
Yes. Niche templates are starting points — open one, adjust the trigger, conditions, and actions, then publish.
