Enable and Rebill Premium Workflow Features in Sparkforge
Premium Features unlock advanced workflow steps in Sparkforge — inbound webhooks, Google Sheets, Slack, custom outbound webhooks, and AI actions. Enable them at the agency level, then control rebilling per sub-account.
Premium Features in Sparkforge workflows unlock advanced triggers and actions that connect your CRM to external systems without third-party automation tools. Once enabled at the agency, every existing and new sub-account gets 100 free executions; usage beyond that is billed at $0.01 per execution and can be rebilled to clients.
What Premium Features include
New premium triggers
- Inbound Webhook — lets an external system POST data to a unique URL to start a workflow in real time.
New premium actions
- Google Sheets — create, update, delete, and look up rows from a workflow.
- Slack Notifications — send messages to a user, a private channel, or a public channel.
- Custom Outbound Webhook — send tailored HTTP requests with headers, query params, and mapped values to any URL.
- Workflow AI Actions — generate content, draft email, recognize intent, and run other AI tasks inside the workflow.
Slack message scope
- Direct message to a user by Assigned User, Custom Email, Internal User, or Slack User.
- Private channel message that posts as the connecting user.
- Public channel broadcast for visibility across the workspace.
Enable Premium Features at the agency level
- Open Agency Level → Settings → Company → Workflow - Premium Features.
- Toggle Workflow - Premium Features on.
- All existing and new sub-accounts gain access with 100 free executions each.
Sub-account settings for Premium Features only appear once the agency-level toggle is on.
Pricing and rebilling
- Each sub-account starts with 100 free executions after Premium Features are enabled.
- After the free 100, executions cost $0.01 each, debited from the agency wallet, unless rebilling is enabled for the sub-account.
- Enable rebilling per sub-account in Agency Settings → Workflows - Premium Features.
- If Premium Features are enabled in the SaaS Configurator, new sub-accounts created via SaaS Mode are auto-enrolled with no extra step.
Plan eligibility
Agencies on any agency plan can access Premium Features. Existing sub-accounts must have rebilling enabled manually if you want to pass execution costs through to clients.
