Import and Sync WooCommerce Products and Collections into Sparkforge
Sparkforge's WooCommerce integration imports products, collections, contacts, orders, and transactions, then keeps them in sync. WooCommerce remains the source of truth.
The Sparkforge WooCommerce integration pulls in your full store — products, collections, contacts, orders, and transactions — and keeps them in continuous sync. WooCommerce stays the source of truth for product data, so edits made there flow into Sparkforge automatically. Earlier versions of the integration only handled orders, contacts, and transactions; this update adds products and collections.
What you get
- Full store import — products, collections, contacts, orders, and transactions in one connection.
- Continuous sync — product and collection changes from WooCommerce flow through automatically.
- Order triggers — Order Submitted and Payment Received events fire inside Sparkforge workflows.
- Reconnect mode — if authentication breaks, the integration drops into a reconnect state and emails sub-account admins with recovery steps.
Connect your WooCommerce store
- Inside your Sparkforge sub-account, go to Settings > Integration > WooCommerce.
- Click Connect and enter your store URL — e.g.,
https://yourstore.comwith no trailing slash. - Follow the prompts to complete the OAuth handshake.
- Choose the data to import: contacts, orders, transactions, products, collections.
- Configure continuous sync for the data types and triggers you want active (Order Submitted, Payment Received, products, collections).
- Click Save to start the import.
To pull a fresh copy later, disconnect and reconnect the integration.
Product and collection import rules
- Only Simple and Variable products import. Other product types are skipped.
- Products with a $0 price or no variants are excluded.
- The Include in Online Store toggle is enabled only for published WooCommerce products.
- Only collections linked to imported products come through. Empty collections are ignored.
- Deletions don't sync. Removing a product or collection in WooCommerce won't delete it in Sparkforge — clean up manually if needed.
Error handling and reconnection
If the integration hits an authentication failure (HTTP 401, 403, or 404), it switches to reconnect mode. Sub-account admins get an email with the steps to restore the connection. Order imports now include linked products and images for complete records, and sync runs faster than the prior version.
