Affiliate Payout Missing? How to Track Sparkforge Commissions

If your Sparkforge affiliate portal shows you were paid but no deposit hit your account, walk through the checks below.

Common reasons a payout doesn't arrive

1. Tipalti isn't fully set up

• If you have an active Sparkforge subscription, set up Tipalti from inside your Affiliate Portal.
• If you don't have an active Sparkforge account, email affiliatepayments@sparkforge.com to request a Tipalti setup link.

2. You haven't crossed the $50 threshold

Payouts are only released after you've earned more than $50 in commission. If you're under the threshold, the balance carries to the next month — bring on another referral to clear it.

3. Timing of the payout window

Payments are released between the 10th and 15th of each month and may take up to 5 business days to land in your bank. If the 20th passes with no deposit and everything else checks out, contact support.

4. Policy violations on your account

If your promotion methods break the Affiliate Policy, payouts can be suspended. Check your inbox for compliance notices from the team.
