Refer Affiliate Customers to Sparkforge Pro

This guide covers the Pro affiliate links inside Sparkforge and how to use them to refer new customers or upgrade existing ones. The Affiliate Portal is being refreshed, so screenshots in older articles may not match exactly.

Where to find your Pro links

From the Affiliate Portal

1. Open the Affiliate Portal.
2. Scroll down and click Links.
3. You should see at least three:
   • Default 14-day trial for the Starter tier.
   • Existing customer Pro upgrade link.
   • New customer Pro 14-day trial link.

From FirstPromoter

1. Log in to FirstPromoter.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard.
3. Your links are listed there.

Refer an existing customer

1. Select the Existing Customer upgrade link.
2. Copy the URL it generates.
3. Send it to the customer.
4. They fill out the form, making sure your link is in the affiliate field.

Existing customers do not get an extra trial through this link. They are upgraded to the Pro plan within 1-3 business days, and their billing date resets with a prorated charge.

Refer a new customer

1. In the Affiliate Portal, click Select on the New Customer Pro Trial link.
2. Copy the link.
3. Send it to the prospect.
4. They click Start a Free Trial of the Pro Plan, complete the trial form, and the account is created under your referrals.

Tracking and credit

• Allow up to 48 hours for upgrades to reflect in FirstPromoter or the Affiliate Portal.
• If a customer is already under your account, no extra work is needed. They upgrade and you keep getting credit.
• Commissions only pay on customers who actively pay. Pauses, cancellations, and refunds remove the commission for those months.

30-day Pro trial link

The 30-day extended Pro trial is available to high-performing affiliates with 100 or more active customers. Reach out to your Affiliate Manager if you qualify.
