How to Find Your Referrals in the Sparkforge Affiliate Portal

The Affiliate Portal organizes referrals into Any, Active/Paying, Signup, Lead, and Canceled categories. Pro plan upgrades show up in the separate Supercharged SaaS campaign, and rewards are paid only on active paying customers.

If you've sent your Sparkforge affiliate link to a new customer, the Affiliate Portal is where you confirm they're attributed to you and track their progress.

Heads up: The Affiliate Portal is being updated, so some screenshots in older docs may not match what you see today. The categories and flow below are accurate.

Open your affiliate dashboard

Log in to Sparkforge and click Affiliate Portal.
From the dashboard, click Referrals.

If you don't have an active Sparkforge agency, log in directly at sparkforge.firstpromoter.com/login.

The five referral categories

Any

Every affiliate customer across every stage.

Active / Paying

Current customers paying a Sparkforge subscription. You earn a commission each time they renew. If they pause, cancel, or refund, the commission stops.

Signup

Customers who completed sign-up and have an active Sparkforge free trial. Their status reads Not A Customer Yet. They convert to paying once they pay their first subscription.

Lead (Subscribed)

Started the trial signup with your link but didn't finish. The state filter labels these Lead; the state column may say Subscribed. Same thing.

Canceled

Customers who canceled their Sparkforge subscription. No commission while canceled. If they resubscribe, they move back to Active / Paying.

Find Pro plan referrals in the Supercharged SaaS campaign

If you got an email about a reward from the Supercharged SaaS campaign, the customer lives in a separate campaign view. This is also where customers go after upgrading to the Pro plan.

Click View Another Campaign.
Click View Campaign under Supercharged SaaS Program.
Click Referrals and check the same five tabs to find the customer.

Find your earned commissions

Open the Rewards tab to see commissions earned. Pro plan commissions live under the Supercharged SaaS campaign, so click View Another Campaign to see them.

Frequently Asked Questions

I referred an existing Sparkforge customer to Pro. Why aren't they in my referrals?

Existing customers who upgrade through your link become split-attribution customers. They won't appear in your referrals list, but the Pro commission shows up in your Rewards tab with their email.

Why am I not earning commission on a referred customer?

Commissions are only paid on active, paying subscriptions. If the customer is in trial, paused, canceled, or got a refund, no commission is paid for that period.

Where do Pro plan referrals appear?

In the Supercharged SaaS Program campaign, not the main affiliate campaign. Click View Another Campaign in the dashboard to switch.

What's the difference between Lead and Subscribed in the referral list?

They mean the same thing. The filter calls it Lead; the state column may show Subscribed. Both indicate a partial signup that didn't finish the trial.
