Affiliate Payouts in Sparkforge: Where, How, When

Tipalti handles all Sparkforge affiliate payouts. Register, pick a payment method (direct deposit, PayPal, ACH, or debit), and complete tax forms. Commissions earned in a month pay out on the 15th of the following month.

All Sparkforge affiliate commissions are paid through Tipalti. Setup takes minutes and unlocks every supported payment method, tax form filing, and payment history in one portal.

How to set up Tipalti

Two paths depending on whether you have an active Sparkforge subscription.

If you have an active Sparkforge account

Open the Affiliate Portal.
Click Payment Details.
Fill out your Tipalti information.

Anyone with agency admin permissions can see these details. If you don't want other admins seeing them, swap them to an agency user role under Agency Settings > Agency Team Management > Edit User.

If you don't have an active account

Email affiliatepayments@sparkforge.com and request a Tipalti setup link.

Payout schedule

Payments are approved and sent on the 15th of each month for commissions earned in the prior month. A $30 commission earned in February pays on March 15, assuming setup is complete and the commission isn't held.

If you haven't been paid

Three common reasons:

Your payout method isn't current in Tipalti.
It's not yet a payout date.
An error on our end — file a ticket.

Common errors during setup

Stuck pending payment

If a payment looks stuck on your dashboard, your Tipalti registration is likely incomplete. Confirm tax forms are filed and your payment method is verified.

Certificate of No US Activities

International affiliates without US business activity may need to file this certificate. Tipalti walks you through it during onboarding.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use a payment method other than Tipalti?

No. All affiliate payouts run through Tipalti. Set up Tipalti to choose your preferred payment method.

When do I get paid?

On the 15th of each month for commissions earned the previous month.

Where do I log in to Tipalti?

Go to suppliers.tipalti.com/sparkforge/Account/Login.

I got a $30 commission but don't see a payout. Why?

Either your payout method isn't fully set up, the next payout date hasn't arrived, or there's a hold. Check your Tipalti dashboard first, then email affiliatepayments@sparkforge.com if it persists.

Do I need to redo tax forms each year?

Tipalti prompts you when forms expire. Complete them in-portal to avoid payment holds.
