How to Buy Additional Domain Extensions in Sparkforge

Owning a single TLD leaves the rest of your name available for impersonators. Sparkforge surfaces up to three suggested alternate extensions during domain purchase or management so you can claim them in one checkout.

Why secure extra extensions

• Brand protection. Stops competitors and bad actors from registering close variants.
• One transaction. Add up to three TLDs in the same purchase as the primary domain.
• Transparent pricing. The total cost is shown before checkout, including each extension.
• Reach. Country-code TLDs help if you operate in specific regions.

Buy extensions during a new domain purchase

1. Log in to your sub-account.
2. Click Settings in the left menu.
3. Open the Domains tab.
4. Click Purchase / Transfer Domain.
5. Search the domain name and click Buy next to the result you want.
6. The Confirm Domain Purchase window opens with a section: Protect your brand from competitors — grab these extensions too.
7. Click an extension, then click Add for $X.XX. Repeat for up to three.
8. Check the terms and conditions box.
9. Click Pay $X.XX to finalize the purchase.

Buy extensions for a domain you already own

1. Log in to your sub-account.
2. Open Settings → Domains.
3. Find the domain in the list and click Manage.
4. At the top of the management screen you'll see: Protect your brand from competitors by purchasing your domain name with suggested extensions for $X.
5. Click Buy Now.
6. In the modal, select the additional extensions and click Add for $X.XX.
7. Check the terms and conditions box.
8. Click Pay $X.XX to complete the purchase.

Limits and pricing

• Up to three suggested extensions per primary domain at checkout.
• Pricing varies by TLD and is shown next to each suggestion.
• Suggested extensions are optional. Skip them if you do not want them.
