How to Buy a Domain Inside Sparkforge

Domain Purchase lets you buy and manage domains directly inside Sparkforge — for the Agency or for individual sub-accounts. Every domain comes with WHOIS privacy by default, so personal details stay out of public lookups.

Important: Once a domain is purchased, it is permanently associated with the account. Domains cannot be refunded, canceled, or removed.

How to enable Domain Purchase

1. Open the Agency view.
2. Go to Settings → Company → Domain Purchase.
3. Toggle the feature on.
4. Check I confirm that I agree to the Domain Purchase terms.
5. Click Enable.

From Agency Settings → Domain Purchase, you can enable, disable, or set rebill rules per sub-account. Sub-account access only appears once Domain Purchase is enabled at the Agency level.

How to buy a domain

1. Open Location Settings and go to the Domains page.
2. Use the search bar to check availability.
3. Sparkforge shows the searched domain plus recommended alternatives.
4. Click Buy on your choice.

Buy from inside a funnel, website, store, or webinar

You can also start a domain purchase from the asset you are already working on:

1. In the Funnel, Website, Store, or Webinar settings, open the Domain dropdown.
2. If your domain is not listed, click Can't find your domain? — Purchase Domain or Connect Domain.
3. Choose Purchase Domain to open the domain purchase page.

Inside a builder, click Connect Domain and choose Purchase Domain when prompted. The same purchase page opens in a new tab.

Configure and manage purchased domains

1. Open the Domains page.
2. Click Configure on the purchased domain.
3. Update DNS records as needed.

Auto-connect to Sparkforge products

Domains bought through Sparkforge use Domain Connect across every sub-account product. When you connect a purchased domain to a funnel, website, store, or webinar, Sparkforge authorizes the connection and adds the records automatically.
