Print Shipping Labels and Packing Slips for Sparkforge Store Orders

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge ecommerce store owners can print shipping labels and packing slips directly from any order. Print full-order labels from the order details page, item-specific labels during fulfillment, or labels for partially fulfilled batches from the three-dot menu.

Order fulfillment in Sparkforge ecommerce stores includes built-in shipping labels and packing slips, so you don't need a third-party label printer for basic shipping flows.

What's on the label

  • Order ID
  • Order date
  • Store name
  • Shipping and billing addresses
  • Itemized product list with variant name, product image, and quantities
  • Sender's address (your store address)

Where to print from

All paths start at Payments > Orders. Open the store order, then choose one of three entry points:

1. Order details page

Click Print Shipping Label. You get a PDF with all unfulfilled and fulfilled items on separate pages.

2. During fulfillment

While fulfilling, the selected items and quantities are listed. Click Print Shipping Label to generate a label for just those items.

3. Partially fulfilled orders

Click the three-dot menu next to a partially fulfilled order to download the packing slip or shipping label for that specific fulfillment batch.

Notes and limits

  • Labels and packing slips are only available for ecommerce store orders, not service invoices.
  • Orders with multiple partial fulfillments produce a separate page per fulfillment.
  • Billing and shipping addresses are currently identical on labels. This becomes editable once a separate billing address field is released on the checkout page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I print a label for only some items in an order?
Yes. During fulfillment, select the items and quantities, then click Print Shipping Label. Only those items appear on the generated PDF.
What's on the shipping label?
Order ID and date, store name, shipping and billing addresses, an itemized list with variants and quantities, and your store address as sender.
Can I print labels for service invoices too?
No. Shipping labels and packing slips are only available for ecommerce store orders.
Why are the billing and shipping addresses the same on the label?
The checkout page currently uses a single address field. A separate billing address field is on the roadmap, after which labels will reflect both.
