Custom fields

How do I see custom fields on an opportunity?

Open or create an opportunity. Custom fields appear in the form, organized by folder if you've grouped them. They're editable when you edit the opportunity.

What does Hide Empty Fields do?

It hides any fields that have no value, leaving only the populated ones visible. Useful when you have many custom fields but only fill out a few per opportunity.

How do I edit the values in the Lost Reason field?

  1. Go to Settings > Custom Fields.
  2. Select Lost Reason.
  3. Click Bulk Actions > Edit.
  4. Update the values in the modal and save.

Renamed values update everywhere the Lost Reason field is shown.
