Volume-Based Workflow Pro Plan Tiers in Sparkforge
Sparkforge replaced the single Workflow Pro Plan with four volume-based tiers — Free, Starter ($10/mo), Growth ($25/mo), and Scale ($50/mo). Each bundles premium executions at progressively lower overage rates, with rebilling and resale support for agencies.
The Workflow Pro Plan is an add-on subscription that handles premium workflow triggers, premium actions, Marketplace apps, and LC Apps — separate from your core Sparkforge plan. Four volume-based tiers replaced the single legacy Pro Plan. Higher tiers include more executions and lower overage rates.
What the Workflow Pro Plan covers
It manages only the extra-cost executions. Your core platform features (CRM, websites, base automation) stay on your primary plan. Agencies bulk-buy premium executions at a discount, then resell or allocate them to sub-accounts.
Key benefits
- Volume savings — each tier bundles more executions and a lower overage rate.
- Resale and markup — pass through or mark up premium usage to sub-accounts with one source of truth.
- Predictable baseline + flexible overage — flat fee covers included executions; overages are transparent and automatic.
- Consolidated billing — premium triggers, actions, Marketplace apps, and LC Apps bill together, separate from your core subscription.
The four tiers
| Tier | Monthly price | Included executions | Overage rate |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 100 lifetime | $0.01 / execution |
| Starter | $10 / mo | 10,000 | $0.008 / execution |
| Growth | $25 / mo | 30,000 | $0.006 / execution |
| Scale | $50 / mo | 65,000 | $0.004 / execution |
How executions and overages work
- An execution is a premium action run — premium triggers/actions, Marketplace apps, or LC Apps. Standard (non-premium) actions and external AI model steps don't count.
- Included executions reset on your billing cycle.
- Overages bill at your tier's rate.
- On the Free plan, after 100 lifetime executions per sub-account, additional usage bills at $0.01 each, or upgrade to a tier any time.
Plan details
- Validity and resets — executions reset at payment time. Mid-cycle upgrades carry unused executions forward into the next cycle.
- Scope — premium triggers, premium actions, Marketplace apps, LC Apps in workflows.
- No rollover — unused executions don't roll over month to month, except mid-cycle plan changes which carry forward once.
- Counting unit — Free lifetime executions are per sub-account.
- No subscription needed — you can run premium actions at $0.01/execution after the 100 free lifetime ones run out.
