Add Product Collections and SEO Tags to Sparkforge Stores
Configure collections under Payments > Products > Collections (with image, SEO title, description, handle), then drop the Collection List element onto any store page.
The Collection List element shows curated product collections on any store-enabled page. Each collection carries its own image and SEO metadata, which Sparkforge uses for the product list page when filtered by that collection.
Configure a collection
- Go to Payments > Products > Collections.
- Set the collection name, image, SEO title, SEO description, and handle.
- Save.
Place the Collection List element
- Open the page builder for your store.
- From the Store section in the elements panel, drag in the Collection List element.
- Three placeholder collections appear by default. Click the element to edit settings on the right.
Layout options
- Columns per row: default 3. Max 5 desktop, 2 mobile.
- Heading: leave the Headline field empty under Text options to hide it.
- Styling: margin, padding, colors, borders, fonts work like any other element.
Map collections from the canvas
Double-click a collection item directly on the canvas:
- If unmapped, the selection drawer opens. Pick a real collection.
- If mapped, the linked collection is highlighted for clarity.
Changes in the drawer and on the canvas stay in sync. Item order is preserved as you add or remove items. Placeholder collections do not render on a published site, so every item must be mapped before publishing.
SEO behavior
If a collection has an image, the image renders on the element. Without an image, the collection name centers on a background. The collection's SEO title and description are applied to the product list page when that collection filter is active.
Publish
Click Save or Publish to push changes live.
