How to Share Multilingual Prospect Reports in Sparkforge
Sparkforge's Prospecting Tool can share Marketing Audit Reports in 13 languages. Pick the language when generating the share link, email, or SMS — and prospects can switch the language themselves from a dropdown on the report page.
If your prospects don't all speak English, sending an audit report in their language closes the comprehension gap and reads as a sign you took the work seriously. Sparkforge's Multilingual Prospect Report Sharing localizes the web version of the Marketing Audit Report in 13 languages and lets prospects switch on the page as well.
Note: Multilingual sharing applies to web reports only — not PDF exports.
What it does
Multilingual Prospect Report Sharing localizes the web version of the Marketing Audit Report from the Prospecting Tool. Agencies and Sub-Accounts pick a language when generating a share link or sending via Email or SMS. Prospects can also change the language from a dropdown on the report page itself.
Why it matters
- Faster understanding: prospects read insights in their own language, cutting clarification time.
- Higher conversion: localized reports build credibility and lift response rates.
- Flexible sharing: pick a language at share time; prospects can still switch later.
- Email and SMS friendly: shared links open in the chosen language.
- Less support load: fewer clarification requests from non-English prospects.
