Survey responses live under Sites → Surveys → Submissions. Mapped fields update the contact record automatically; the rest show under a per-survey dropdown. Use the Export button for offline analysis.

Sparkforge surveys collect feedback and structured data from contacts. Submissions live in one place, sync into contact records, and export on demand.

Where survey submissions are stored

Submissions are stored under Sites → Surveys → Submissions. They are also written into the contact profile based on the fields used in the survey.

View survey submissions

Go to Sites in the left navigation.
Hover Surveys, then click Submissions.
The Responses table shows each submission, contact details, timestamp, and answers.
Click any row to open the full submission.
Use the survey filter dropdown in the top-left to scope by survey.

See survey answers in the contact record

Mapped fields like name, email, and phone populate contact properties automatically.
Other answers appear under Survey | Survey Name in the contact details panel.

Export survey submissions

Click the blue Export button at the top right of the Submissions view. Sparkforge emails you a download link for the CSV.
