How to Manage Online Store Inventory in Sparkforge
Open Payments > Products > Inventory in Sparkforge to update quantities for any variant, toggle continue-selling-when-out-of-stock, and search by SKU or variant name. Save before leaving the page.
Sparkforge gives online stores a single Inventory Management page to update product quantities, control out-of-stock behavior, and find variants by SKU or name. Use it whenever stock levels change so the storefront reflects what you actually have on hand.
Open the Inventory Management page
Go to Payments > Products dropdown > Inventory. The page lists every product variant with its current quantity, SKU, and continue-selling toggle.
Update quantities and toggle out-of-stock behavior
- Find the variant you want to update.
- Edit the quantity field directly.
- Toggle Continue selling when out of stock on if you want the variant to remain purchasable at zero stock.
- Click Save to apply, or Cancel to discard.
Unsaved changes block page navigation, so you will be prompted before leaving with pending edits.
Search by SKU or variant name
Use the search bar at the top of the Inventory page to filter by SKU or product/variant name. Variants without a SKU display as NO SKU.
Open variant details from the list
Click any variant row to jump to that variant's detail page. Use this when you need to edit pricing, images, or attributes beyond stock and out-of-stock behavior.
