How to Set Up Products and Sell Online in Sparkforge
Build products under Payments > Products with pricing, variants, taxes, and SEO. Add them to websites, funnels, or stores and connect a checkout form to start selling.
Sparkforge handles physical goods, digital downloads, subscriptions, and one-off services from a single product catalog. Set the product up once, sell it through any checkout.

FAQ Highlights
Why am I getting a Category ID required error?
This means you're creating a SaaS-related product directly in a sub-account. Create it in the Agency SaaS Configurator first, then import it via Stripe in the sub-account.
Can I change a product's currency?
No. Once created, currency is locked. Create a new product or add a new pricing entry with the desired currency.
Why isn't the Download button showing on a digital product?
The Download button only appears when at least one digital file is uploaded to the product or variant. Upload files to the product, and access activates automatically.
Why aren't my Stripe products importing?
Only recurring/subscription products import from Stripe. Create one-time products directly in Sparkforge and they'll sync to Stripe automatically.
Why is a product grayed out when I add it to an invoice?
Common causes: status set to Draft, billing-type mismatch (one-time vs. recurring), missing pricing, or currency mismatch. Check each before retrying.
