FAQ Highlights
Why is my logo missing on older invoices?
The original logo file was deleted from your Media Library. Invoices reference the file by location, so deletion breaks the link.
- New invoices: pull from current settings, so they're fine.
- Unpaid invoices: re-upload the logo to Media Library and update Business Details. The logo reappears on these.
- Paid invoices: cannot be edited. Manually attach the logo to the PDF if you need to resend.
The invoice editor only shows the toolbar, no text box. How do I fix it?
This is a browser cache issue. Clear cache and cookies, close all tabs, and log back in. The editor should load correctly.
The invoice says Sent but the customer didn't receive it.
Usually a browser cache issue, not a system failure. Have the sender clear cache and cookies, log out and back in, then resend. If it persists, contact support to check your email sending domain.
