Sparkforge Ecommerce lets you control product visibility per store using the Include in Online Store toggle. Apply bulk inclusion or exclusion across stores, and filter by name or collection to manage large catalogs.

If a sub-account runs more than one online store, you usually don't want every product showing in every storefront. Sparkforge Ecommerce includes per-store product selection so each store can carry its own subset of the catalog.

How visibility works

The Include in Online Store toggle

Every product has an Include in Online Store toggle that decides whether the product is eligible for any store at all.

Enabled — the product appears in Stores > Products and can be included or excluded per store.
Disabled — the product is hidden from store selection entirely. It won't appear in any store.

Default behavior for new stores and products

When you create a new store, every product with the toggle enabled is auto-listed.
When you create a new product with the toggle enabled, it lists in every store by default.

Manage visibility per store

Open Stores and pick the store you want to edit.
Open the Products section.
Use the Include in Online Store toggle on each product to set per-store availability.
Use bulk actions to apply inclusion or exclusion to multiple products at once. Bulk actions skip products that already match the target state.
Use search by product name or filter by collection to narrow large catalogs.

Changes save automatically — no separate confirmation step.

Things to know

Products with the master Include in Online Store toggle disabled never appear in any store, regardless of per-store settings.
New stores inherit visibility based on the master toggle on existing products.
Click into any product from the Products section to edit its details inline.
