How to Print Packing Slips for Ecommerce Orders

Sparkforge ecommerce stores can print packing slips for any order — either the full order or a specific fulfillment batch. Generated slips list the order ID, the customer's shipping and billing addresses, the sender address, and an itemized list with variant names, product images, and quantities.

What's on the slip

• Order ID
• Order date
• Store name
• Shipping and billing addresses
• Itemized list — variant name, product image, quantity
• Sender's address (your store address)

Where to find it

Open Payments > Orders, select an ecommerce store order, and click Print Shipping Label. Packing slips can be generated from two places:

Order details page

Click Print Shipping Label to download a PDF that includes both unfulfilled and fulfilled items, each on a separate page.

During fulfillment

While fulfilling, the items and quantities you've selected appear on the slip. Click Print Shipping Label to generate a slip for just that fulfillment batch.

Notes and limits

• Packing slips are only available for ecommerce store orders.
• Orders with multiple partial fulfillments produce a separate page per fulfillment.
• Currently, billing and shipping addresses on the slip are identical. This will become editable once a separate billing address field ships on the checkout page.
