How to Integrate WooCommerce With Sparkforge
Connect your WooCommerce store to a Sparkforge sub-account to import historical contacts, orders, and transactions and keep new ones in sync. Once connected, build workflows on Order Submitted and Payment Received triggers filtered to WooCommerce.
The WooCommerce integration links your WooCommerce store to a Sparkforge sub-account. You can import historical contacts, orders, and transactions, keep new purchases in sync, and trigger Sparkforge workflows on order events.
What you can sync
- Contacts — customers (including guest checkouts) become Sparkforge contacts.
- Orders — WooCommerce orders are visible inside Sparkforge.
- Transactions — payments tie back to the matching order.
- Products — published WooCommerce products land in your Sparkforge online store.
Why it's useful
- One view of every order across your store and your CRM.
- Automations on Order Submitted and Payment Received events from WooCommerce.
- Selective import — pick which data types to bring in and which to keep syncing.
- Reimport at any time by disconnecting and reconnecting.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can two sub-accounts connect to the same WooCommerce store?
Sub-accounts within the same agency can connect to the same domain, but an agency can link to only one WooCommerce account. If that account is already linked to another agency, the current agency cannot connect.
Which WooCommerce roles import as contacts?
Customers and Subscribers. Users with other WooCommerce roles are not pulled in as Sparkforge contacts.
Will contacts still be created if I turn Contact Sync off?
Yes. If Order Sync is enabled, contacts are created from the orders themselves even when Contact Sync is off.
How are guest checkouts handled?
Guest buyers are created as contacts in Sparkforge, but no further updates or syncs happen for those guest accounts.
How do I reimport data I missed?
Disconnect WooCommerce in Sparkforge, reconnect, and select the import options again. The integration will re-pull historical records.
