Affiliate Split Commissions in Sparkforge

Sparkforge supports split commissions across affiliates. When one affiliate brings in a customer and a different affiliate refers that same customer to an upgrade or qualified add-on, both can earn credit.

How the split works

Two affiliates can receive commission on the same customer:

• The base affiliate who first signed the customer up.
• The upgrade affiliate who refers the customer to a higher plan or qualified add-on.

Example

Affiliate A refers a customer to the Starter plan. Months later, Affiliate B refers the same customer to upgrade to Pro.

• Affiliate A keeps the regular commission on the Starter plan.
• Affiliate B earns a commission on the dollar difference between Starter and Pro.

The same logic applies to any qualifying upgrade path between Sparkforge plans where two distinct affiliate links are used.

Why this matters

Some affiliates focus their entire strategy on upgrading existing customers rather than chasing net new sign-ups. If new customer acquisition is slow, refer existing customers to a higher plan that fits their growth.

Getting your upgrade links

Each plan has a dedicated affiliate link in the affiliate portal. Use the link for the specific tier you are recommending so the upgrade is attributed correctly.

Three-way splits and edge cases

If a referral involves more than two affiliates across multiple plan changes and credit looks off, contact the affiliate support team. All commissions follow the Sparkforge Affiliate Policy, so any conflicts are resolved against that document.
