General Information in Sparkforge Business Profile Settings
The General Information panel is the source of truth for your sub-account’s brand assets and identifiers. Logo, business names, contact details, branded domain, niche, currency, and API key all flow into custom fields and downstream features.
General Information defines the brand identity and core account properties for a Sparkforge sub-account. The values you set here populate custom fields like {{location.name}} and {{location.email}} across calendars, emails, invoices, and templates.
Location ID
The unique identifier for the sub-account inside your agency. Support teams may ask for this when troubleshooting — it narrows the investigation to the exact account.
Business Logo
The logo represents this sub-account in the Accounts list of your Agency Dashboard, on invoices, in email templates, and as a custom field in messaging via {{location.logo_url}}.
Friendly Business Name
Used wherever the {{location.name}} custom field appears — messages, workflows, automations, and templates.
Legal Business Name
Used for compliance registrations. It must match exactly what appears on your business license and registration paperwork.
Business Email and Phone
Populate the {{location.email}} and {{location.phone}} custom fields. If you want the business phone to match the number used for calls and messaging, configure your phone number first, then paste the purchased number into the Business Phone field.
Branded Domain
Connect a sub-domain from your hosting provider so trigger links, calendar links, forms, and surveys all run on your own domain instead of a generic Sparkforge URL.
Business Website
The URL that fills the {{location.website}} custom field anywhere it’s used.
Business Niche
Pick the niche that best describes your target market. If you serve multiple, choose the closest fit.
Business Currency
Default currency for payment-related pages and flows. If left blank, it defaults to the country tied to your physical address. Useful when you operate in a different country than where you’re registered.
API Key
The sub-account API key authenticates third-party integrations — Zapier, custom scripts, anything that needs to read or write to this specific location.
Save Your Changes
Use the Update Information button after edits. Spot-check a calendar link or email template afterward to confirm the new values rendered correctly.
