Customer Access Center for Sparkforge Store Orders
The Customer Access Center lets buyers in your Sparkforge store log in by email OTP to see current order status, tracking info, and past orders. Enable the order confirmation email and connect a domain to turn it on.
The Customer Access Center is a built-in self-service portal for buyers in your Sparkforge store. Customers log in with the email they used at checkout, see their current order status with tracking, and review past orders. No support ticket needed for routine "where is my order" questions.
What it covers
- Current order details with line items and totals.
- Fulfilment status — partial or complete — including tracking number, tracking URL, and carrier name.
- Past orders via the Orders tab in the portal.
Turn it on
Enable the order confirmation email
Go to Payments > Settings > Notifications and enable Order Confirmation Email for Stores. The confirmation email includes the View Order button that takes customers into the portal.
Connect a domain
The Customer Access Center lives at <storeurl>/store/account/orders. Make sure your store domain is connected and that the default path for the domain points to a page in the store. Without that, the portal URL will not resolve.
How customers log in
- The customer clicks View Order in their order confirmation email.
- They enter the email address they used at checkout.
- Sparkforge sends an OTP code to that email.
- They enter the code and land on the order details page.
The portal can also be reached directly at the unique URL <storeurl>/store/account/orders (for example, myawesomestore.com/store/account/orders).
Notes
- If multiple contacts share the same email, the first-created contact is used for login.
- With sticky contact enabled, all orders made in the same browser session are consolidated under that contact.
- Customers see the same fulfilment details you set as the store owner — update them once and the portal reflects it.
