Contact and Opportunity Followers in Sparkforge

Followers let multiple users view and edit a contact or opportunity, even when the Only Assigned Data permission is on. Up to 10 followers per record. Followers can't change ownership.

The Followers feature shares access to a contact or opportunity record across multiple users — useful when Only Assigned Data is locked down but a teammate still needs to collaborate. Up to 10 followers per record.

What followers can do

Followers gain view and edit access to the record they're added to. They inherit the same permissions as the record owner, but with one limit: they cannot change the owner.

Add followers to a contact

Open the contact's detail page and add followers from the Followers section.

Add followers to an opportunity

Open the Opportunity Details on the Edit/Add Opportunity modal and add followers there.

Cross-team collaboration on a deal without giving global access.
