The Stats button on the Sparkforge workflow list shows SMS and email performance metrics for each workflow. Expand any workflow row to view stats — historical data starts January 1, 2023.
The Stats button on the Sparkforge workflow list page shows communication performance metrics — SMS and email — for each workflow. Compare channel performance across workflows without opening every one individually.
How to view workflow stats
- Open Automations from the main menu.
- Go to the Workflow List.
- Click the accordion arrow next to any workflow name to expand it.
- Click the Stats button to view that workflow's SMS and email metrics.
What to know
- Historical data — stats include data from January 1, 2023 onward.
- Deleted actions — if an SMS or email action was used and later removed, its historical stats still appear in reports.
- Scope — stats apply to individual workflows, not folders. WhatsApp and IVR stats are not currently supported.
