Automations Overview Dashboard in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Automations Overview dashboard consolidates workflow counts, enrollments, trigger insights, and error summaries into one screen so you can monitor every Sparkforge automation without opening each workflow.

The Automations Overview dashboard gives you a real-time view of every workflow running in your Sparkforge sub-account. Total workflows, published versions, enrollments, trigger activity, and error states all live on one page.

Note: Automations Overview is currently a Labs feature. Toggle it on under your Labs settings before it appears.

What the dashboard shows

Open it from Automations → Overview. The header summarizes total workflows, published workflows, and total enrollments. Below that, three panels:

  • Workflow Enrollments Over Time — weekly trigger and enrollment trends so you can spot spikes or drops.
  • Trigger Analysis Filter — narrow by trigger type, workflow, contact, form, or survey.
  • Error Review Summary — flags workflows that hit issues. Click Needs Review to drill in.

How to use it day to day

  1. Open Automations → Overview in the sub-account.
  2. Pick a custom date range to scope the view.
  3. Use the trigger filter to isolate a campaign, form, or survey.
  4. Check the Error Review Summary and click into anything flagged for review.
  5. Drill into a specific workflow’s Trigger Stats for the full breakdown.

Limits to know

Trigger Analysis data is retained for the last 30 days. All times reflect your account’s timezone, and the date range filter applies across every panel.
