Frequently Asked Questions
When does the order get marked fulfilled?
Fulfilled status is set when the order reaches its completion state — either manually, via integration, or through automation. The trigger fires the moment that status applies.
Can I split high-value and low-value orders into different sequences?
Yes. Build two workflows with Cart Value filters set on opposite sides of the threshold, or use one workflow with branching conditions.
Will it fire on partial fulfillment?
The trigger fires on the fulfilled status change. Partial fulfillment behavior depends on how your fulfillment integration writes status — verify on a test order.
How is this different from Order Placed?
Order Placed fires at checkout. Order Fulfilled fires when delivery or fulfillment completes. Use both for end-to-end automation.
