Frequently Asked Questions

Why does Apple Pay or Google Pay not appear even though the table shows Y?
Wallet buttons require the right environment. Apple Pay shows on Apple devices, Google Pay shows on Android. The wallet must be enabled with your provider and configured on the device.
Does a Y guarantee subscriptions will work?
Not always. Some methods are one-time only. Check the table footnotes and run a recurring test before launching.
Can I show Stripe and PayPal together on the same checkout?
In many product areas yes. If both providers are connected and enabled, the checkout shows the available options automatically.
Do card readers work on Order Forms or Invoices?
No. Card readers are POS only. Use the POS product area for in-person payments.
Which providers support SaaS Mode?
Stripe (Card and most Stripe methods), Authorize.Net, NMI, and Square cards. PayPal and Razorpay are not currently supported for SaaS Mode.
