Sparkforge Internal Chat for Private Team Collaboration
Internal Chat lets sub-account users hold private conversations inside the Sparkforge Conversations module. Threads stay separate from contact conversations and only participants can see them.
Internal Chat moves team-only discussions into Sparkforge Conversations. Threads stay private to participants, sit alongside contact conversations, and keep context attached to the CRM record.

- Select team members and click Next.
- Choose whether they see prior chat history.

Access and Permissions
- Create: any user with access to Conversations can create internal chats. Agency Admins and Users can create chats even if they are not part of a sub-account.
- Participants: only sub-account users can be added.
- Visibility: only participants can read the chat. Other team members cannot see threads they are not added to.
- Login As: if you log in as another user, you cannot see their internal chats — these stay private.
Notes
- Internal Chat is native to Sparkforge and adds no extra cost.
- Threads keep deal and contact context attached, so handoffs and questions land where the work is happening.
