Snippets HiRise Page in Sparkforge: Faster, Shareable Snippet Lists

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Sparkforge Snippets page is now on the HiRise design system. It loads faster, uses a cleaner layout, and stores search, filters, and pagination in the URL so shared links recreate the exact view.

The HiRise Snippets page is the redesigned home for text and email Snippets inside Conversations. It replaces the classic list with a faster layout, URL-based filters, and pagination memory so links you share land teammates on the same view you're working with.

What changed

  • Cleaner HiRise interface with less visual clutter.
  • Large libraries open almost instantly.
  • Shared URLs preserve search, page number, and rows per page.
  • Responsive layout for any screen size.
  • Consistent navigation across HiRise modules.

Layout

The page centers a single-table list view. Filters, search, and bulk actions sit in a header bar; New Folder and + New Snippet are top-right. Context menus open as side panels so you can edit a Snippet without losing your position.

How to use it

The HiRise Snippets upgrade is enabled automatically — no setup required.

Open the page

From the left navigation, click Conversations, then select the Snippets tab at the top.

Search

Use the Search bar on the right. Results filter as you type.

Create a Snippet

Click + New Snippet top-right and pick Add Text Snippet or Add Email Snippet. Compose and save.

Create a folder

Click New Folder top-right to group Snippets by purpose — sales follow-ups, support replies, etc.

Manage existing Snippets

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to any Snippet for Move to Folder, Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to enable a Labs toggle?
No. The HiRise Snippets page is live for all locations.
Did Snippet functionality change?
No. Create, edit, folder, and permission features all behave the same. Only the design and performance improved.
Can I revert to the classic design?
No. The classic layout has been retired to keep the platform consistent.
Will shared URLs break if Snippets are added or deleted later?
No. The link saves view preferences (search, filters, pagination), so the filtered view still loads correctly.
Are Snippet permissions affected?
No. Users still need View & Manage Conversations access to use Snippets.
Do shared URLs work across sub-accounts?
No. Shared URLs only work inside the same sub-account. Users without access see an authorization error.
