Snapshot imports now hide email-action templates from the target template list while still syncing them in the background. The interface stays clean and workflows map correctly when pushed with their templates.

Snapshot imports used to fill the target template list with email-action templates that cluttered the view. Now those templates sync in the background without showing up in the list. The result: a clean target view and reliable workflow-to-template mapping.

What changed

Clean target list: only original templates and workflows appear.
Reduced clutter: email-action templates are imported but hidden from users.
Reliable syncing: mapping works when workflow and template push together, or when the template pushes first.

How to use the new flow

Take a snapshot. From the source location, select the workflows and templates you want to capture.
View in target location. Only original templates and workflows appear in the target template list.
Background mapping. Email-action templates import and map to their workflows automatically — no extra action required.

Note: to apply the latest changes, delete and re-push existing workflows and email actions after a snapshot refresh.

Limitations

Workflow without template: if you push only a workflow, email actions will not be available. Mapping fails.
Template after workflow: pushing the template after the workflow breaks mapping. Push them together or template-first.
No bulk delete: email-action templates do not support bulk deletion. Mass deletes need developer help.
