This guide sets up your iOS white-label mobile app in Apple App Store Connect. Follow the steps in order to keep submission and publishing smooth.

- If special permissions are required (VoIP, background audio, and so on), explain them in the Notes section.
Step 8 — Submit for review
- Verify every required field is filled.
- Watch for missing app icon, oversized assets, unsupported characters such as emojis in the description, missing country code on the contact phone number, or wrong locale (use en-US for U.S.).
- Click Submit for Review.
Apple reviews and approves before the app goes live.
Frequently Asked Questions
What size should the App Icon be?
1024x1024 PNG with no transparency and no rounded corners. Apple applies the rounded mask itself.
Why does my submission get rejected for description issues?
Common causes: emojis or unsupported characters in the description, broken Support or Privacy Policy URLs, or screenshots that don't reflect the actual app experience.
Do I need test credentials in Review notes?
If the app requires login, yes. Apple's reviewers need a demo username and password, otherwise they cannot evaluate the gated experience and will reject the submission.
Can I change the bundle ID after the app is created in App Store Connect?
No. Bundle ID is permanent for the app record. To use a different bundle ID, create a new app entry.
