How to Customize and Reorder Prospecting Report Sections

Open any prospect's report, click Sections, toggle the blocks you want and drag them into order. Apply saves the new layout to both the external view and the PDF.

Sparkforge prospecting reports now let you choose which sections appear and the order they appear in. The same layout applies to both the shareable external report and the PDF export.

How to reorder report sections

Open the Prospecting tab.
Click any prospect, then choose View Report.
Open the Sections panel.
Toggle sections on or off and drag them into the order you want.
Click Apply to save.

When to reorder

Lead with the metric your prospect cares about most. For a local business pitch, that's usually reviews and listings. For an SEO pitch, lead with rankings and traffic. The first section sets the frame for the rest of the report.

Do my changes apply to the PDF export too?

Yes. Once you click Apply, the new section order shows in both the external report and the PDF.

Can I save different layouts for different prospects?

Layout changes apply per prospect. Reorder once and it sticks for that report.

Can I hide sections instead of deleting them?

Yes. Toggle a section off in the Sections panel to hide it from the report without losing the underlying data.

Will my old reports keep their original order?

Existing reports stay as you left them. New section preferences apply when you reopen and save the report.
