Map Quiz Results to CRM Custom Fields in Sparkforge
Sparkforge can write quiz outcomes — overall score, tiers, and per-category results — directly into contact custom fields, so you can segment, automate, and personalize follow-up without manual tagging.
Quiz Result → CRM Field Mapping writes a contact’s quiz outcomes into Sparkforge contact custom fields. Mapping turns one-off answers into durable CRM attributes you can use for segmentation, branching, and personalization.
What gets written to the CRM
On first submission, Sparkforge auto-generates fields with a predictable naming pattern:
{{quiz_name}} – Overall Score{{quiz_name}} – Overall Score – Tier{{quiz_name}} – {{category_name}} – Score{{quiz_name}} – Highest Category – Score
Scores save as Number fields. Tiers and category names save as Text fields. Resubmissions overwrite the same fields — no duplicates.
What you can do with mapped quiz fields
Segment contacts
Build smart lists like "Overall Score ≥ 80" or "Fitness Tier = Beginner" for targeted outreach.
Personalize automations
Branch nurture sequences on highest or lowest category, or trigger an action when a category score crosses a threshold.
Power conditional logic
Send an advanced guide to contacts whose Diet Tier is Advanced. Enroll contacts whose Fitness Score is under 50 in a beginner plan.
How to set it up
- Go to Sites → Quizzes and open a quiz or click + Add Quiz.
- Scroll to the Results Template and click Edit Template.
- Open Settings in the upper right and expand the Custom Fields dropdown.
- Toggle on the fields you want to sync: Overall Score, Overall Score Tier, category-wise scores and tiers, highest and lowest scoring categories.
- Click Save.
When a contact submits the quiz, Sparkforge captures the values and writes them to the contact record. Retakes overwrite the previous values, keeping records clean.
