Manual Actions HiRise Page in Sparkforge: Faster Call and SMS Queues

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

The Manual Actions page now uses the HiRise design with faster loading, a cleaner two-column layout, and URL-based filters. Copy the page URL to share an exact filtered task queue with a teammate.

The Manual Actions page in Sparkforge is where you work through call and SMS tasks generated by workflows, campaigns, and the power dialer. The HiRise redesign speeds up the page, surfaces task details at a glance, and stores your filters in the URL so a shared link recreates the exact view.

What changed

  • Faster loading on large queues.
  • Two-column layout with a visible contact panel.
  • URL-based filters for status, user, and date.
  • Improved keyboard navigation for high-volume sessions.
  • Consistent HiRise styling across modules.

Where to find it

From the left navigation, click Conversations → Manual Actions. The page is enabled automatically for every account — no Labs toggle.

How to work a queue

  1. Click the blue Let’s Start button.
  2. Log call outcomes or SMS replies in the side panel.
  3. Mark each task as Complete, Skip, or Re-queue.
  4. To share your view, copy the browser URL. Filters travel with the link.

Filters and statuses

Filter by workflow source, task type (Call or SMS), status (Yet to Call, Completed, Skipped), or assignee. The collapsible left sidebar holds the filter controls; the wider task table on the right shows contact name, phone, task type, and date added.

Sharing queues

Because filter selections live in the URL, sharing a queue is a copy-paste. Bookmarking a link gives you a one-click jump back to the exact filtered view, which is useful for managers tracking team or campaign performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to enable a Labs toggle?
No. The HiRise Manual Actions page is live for all accounts.
How do I share a filtered queue with a teammate?
Apply your filters, then copy the URL from the browser address bar. Anyone who opens the link sees the same view.
Can I revert to the old Manual Actions design?
No. The classic layout has been retired to keep the platform consistent.
Did task functionality change?
No. Logging outcomes, marking complete, skip, and re-queue all behave the same. Only the design and performance changed.
Do shared URLs work across sub-accounts?
No. The link only works inside the same sub-account. Users without access will see an authorization error.
