How to Manage Communities and Courses in Kollab Studio

Kollab Studio is the central dashboard in Sparkforge for community and course owners. Access it from the GoKollab Marketplace under your profile dropdown to publish, preview, and manage every product you've created.

Kollab Studio is the creator hub inside Sparkforge for community and course owners. It consolidates everything you've built — communities, courses, and digital products — into one workspace so you can publish, preview, and update without bouncing between pages.

How to access Kollab Studio

Step 1: Open the GoKollab Marketplace

From the sub-account, go to Memberships > GoKollab Marketplace. The GoKollab URL listed there is your Marketplace dashboard.

Important: the email you use for Sparkforge and the email you use for GoKollab must match. If they don't, your products won't appear in Kollab Studio.

Step 2: Open Kollab Studio

After signing into the GoKollab dashboard, click your profile icon in the top right and select Kollab Studio from the dropdown.

Step 3: Manage communities and courses

You land on a unified dashboard with separate tabs for communities and courses.

Communities section

Your control center for every community you've created. From here you can:

Preview the sales page for each community.
Publish or unpublish instantly.
Open community settings without leaving the dashboard.
See unread post counts per channel.

Important: only communities you created appear here. Memberships or admin roles in someone else's community do not show up.

Courses section

Centralized view of every course you own.

List view of all courses.
Preview each course's sales page.
Edit publish status with one click.

Important: only courses you personally created in Memberships display. Courses you've added to the GoKollab Marketplace also appear. Courses you didn't create won't show.

Best practices

Keep sales pages updated with current offers and copy.
Refresh course and community content regularly to keep members engaged.
Unpublish inactive products so the dashboard stays clean.
Cross-reference Sparkforge analytics to decide what to update or retire.
