Integrate Google Business Profile with Sparkforge

Connecting Google Business Profile to Sparkforge syncs reviews, customer messages, and call tracking into Conversations and the Reputation tab. Connect from sub-account Settings > Integrations using a Google account with Owner or Manager access to the GBP location.

Google Business Profile is where customers find you on Search and Maps. Connecting it to Sparkforge pulls reviews, messages, and call data into the same CRM you already use for SMS, email, and Facebook.

Before you start

  • The Google account you use must have Owner or Manager access to the GBP location.
  • The business profile must be verified in Google.

Setup steps

  1. Open Settings from the sub-account left menu.
  2. Click Integrations.
  3. Find Google Business Profile and click Connect.
  4. Sign in with the Google account that owns or manages the location.
  5. Authorize Sparkforge access. The integration shows Connected when authorization succeeds.
  6. Pick the GBP location from the list. Tick the correct business if multiple are available.
  7. Toggle GBP Call Tracking on if you want call data inside Sparkforge.
  8. Click Connect to finalize.

Verify the connection

The Integrations page shows the GBP icon with a green Connected badge and a refresh button to force a sync. The Connected Pages section names the linked location. Use Manage Pages to change selection, or Disconnect to remove the integration.

Do I need Owner access to my Google Business Profile?
Owner or Manager access works. Without one of those roles Google will not authorize the connection.
Will old Google reviews come over?
Yes. Existing reviews backfill into Sparkforge after the first successful sync.
Does call tracking cost extra?
GBP Call Tracking is part of the integration. Standard Sparkforge usage rates apply to any calls routed through the platform.
What if my profile is not verified yet?
Verify it with Google first. Sparkforge cannot connect to an unverified profile.
Can I connect multiple GBP locations?
Yes. Each Sparkforge sub-account connects to its own location. For multi-location agencies, connect each sub-account separately.
