How to Connect Google Drive to Sparkforge Media Storage
Connect Google Drive in the Sparkforge Media Storage area to browse and use Drive files alongside native media. Edits sync in real time; rename and delete are blocked from Sparkforge to protect Drive data.
Google Drive integrates with Sparkforge Media Storage so you can browse, preview, and use Drive files in funnels, emails, and CRM documents without leaving Sparkforge. Files stay stored in Drive — Sparkforge gives you an interface on top of them.
What you get
- One library: CRM documents, funnel assets, and Drive files appear together.
- Real-time sync: uploads, deletions, and edits in Drive show up in Sparkforge instantly.
- Folder management: create folders and upload files in either the root or any subfolder.
- Two-way visibility: changes flow both directions, so the libraries stay aligned.
Limitations
- No rename or delete from Sparkforge. Both actions are blocked on Drive files inside Sparkforge to protect the source data. Do those operations in Drive.
- Files live in Drive. Sparkforge isn't a copy — it's a live view. Disconnect the integration and the files are no longer accessible from Sparkforge.
