How to Connect Google Lead Ads to Sparkforge CRM
The Google Ads integration uses OAuth to link your ad accounts to Sparkforge so lead form submissions create CRM contacts in real time. Map fields once and trigger automated SMS, email, and internal alerts via the Google Lead Form Submitted workflow trigger.
The Google Ads integration pipes Google Lead Form submissions into Sparkforge as CRM contacts the moment they hit submit — no CSV uploads, no Zapier middleware. Workflows can fire automatically on the same event.
What it does
- Connect one or many Google Ads accounts under a single Google login via OAuth.
- View every active campaign and lead form in one place.
- Auto-create a contact whenever a mapped, enabled lead form is submitted.
- Trigger workflows with the Google Lead Form Submitted trigger and filter by Ad Account or Lead Form.
Connect Google Ads
- Go to Sub-Account → Settings → Integrations.
- Click Manage on the Google Ads tile, then Install.
- Sign in with the Google account that has access to the Ads account, then approve the OAuth scopes.
- Pick the Google Ads accounts you want to connect.
- Every linked lead form appears with its campaign name and status. Click the Play icon to map and activate sync on a form.
- Build a workflow with the Google Lead Form Submitted trigger to automate follow-up.
Map form fields
On any form row, click Play/Edit, then Map Fields and align Google Ad form fields with CRM fields. Click the Pause icon to disable inbound leads from a specific form without disconnecting the integration.
Test the connection
- Open Google Ads Manager and navigate to the campaign.
- Open the campaign, go to the Lead Form section, and click Edit.
- Open the linked form by clicking its name.
- Click Send Data. A warning may appear — ignore it for the test.
- Confirm the test contact lands in Sparkforge.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need admin access on Google Ads?
Yes. The Google account you authorize must already have access to the target Ads account, otherwise the campaigns and lead forms will not appear.
Can I connect more than one Google Ads account?
Yes. A single Google login can manage multiple Ads accounts and all their campaigns and lead forms from one place.
When is a contact created?
A contact is created every time a lead is submitted on a form that is enabled and properly mapped to CRM fields.
My leads are not syncing — what should I check?
Confirm the right Ads account is connected, lead sync is enabled on the campaign or form, all required form fields are mapped, and the sync status shows Active.
