How to Connect WebinarKit to Sparkforge
WebinarKit's Sparkforge integration syncs registrants and attendees to your CRM. The unique feature: when a contact is added to Sparkforge, WebinarKit can auto-register them for a webinar schedule you choose.
WebinarKit's Sparkforge integration handles the standard sync — register contacts when they sign up, tag them when they attend — plus one feature unique to Sparkforge: auto-register a Sparkforge contact for a specific webinar schedule the moment they're added to your CRM.
What the Integration Does
- Adds new webinar registrants as Sparkforge contacts.
- Tags contacts based on registration and attendance events.
- Auto-registers existing or newly added Sparkforge contacts for a chosen webinar schedule.
Enable Auto-Registration in WebinarKit
- Open the WebinarKit dashboard and pick the webinar you want Sparkforge contacts registered for.
- Go to the webinar's Other settings page.
- Find the Integrations section and click the Sparkforge accordion to expand it.
- Scroll to the bottom and toggle the auto-register option on.
- Pick the schedule you want contacts registered for from the dropdown — it lists every schedule you've configured for this webinar plus just-in-time sessions.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
From here on, when a contact is added to Sparkforge, WebinarKit registers them for the schedule you picked.
When This Is Useful
- Lead magnets that should drop new contacts straight into a webinar funnel.
- Evergreen webinars where every new contact gets the next available session.
- Promotional campaigns where you want to skip the manual registration step.
