Document tracking in Sparkforge gives you the full lifecycle of every contract: sent, edited, viewed, and signed. The information is on the dashboard, so you don't have to open the document to know where it stands.

How to Check Status

  1. Open Documents and Contracts.
  2. Find the document on the dashboard list.
  3. Hover the contact icon on the line item.
  4. Read the last action time, tags, and status for every user involved.

How to View Full History

  1. Click the three-dot menu on the document line.
  2. Click View History.
  3. The right drawer shows every action that has happened on the document.

Why It Matters

  • See real-time document status without opening each one.
  • Spot stalled signatures and follow up faster.
  • Move contracts to closure with the data already in front of you.

Note: last action time in the hover view is only available for documents sent after this feature shipped. Older documents will not show the timestamp in the hover.
