How to Send AI-Generated Emails in Sparkforge Workflows

Email Action AI writes the email for you inside the workflow builder. Describe the goal, pick a tone, and drop the generated content into the Send Email action.

What Email Action AI does

It’s an AI assistant built into the Send Email workflow action. Instead of writing copy by hand or building external prompts, you describe the email’s purpose and the AI returns subject and body content tailored to that goal. Output is editable before you insert it into the workflow.

Generate an email

1. Pick the action. Select Send Email in your workflow.
2. Open the AI generator. Click Write with AI.
3. Describe the email. Enter a short goal, for example: "Promotional email offering 20% off summer sale to past customers."
4. Pick a tone. Choose Friendly, Professional, Casual, Neutral, or another option (default is Neutral).
5. Generate. Click Generate.
6. Subject line. Use the Use Subject checkbox to apply the AI subject line, or write your own.
7. Re-generate. Click Re-generate with a follow-up prompt to refine the output.
8. Insert. Click Use Email to drop the content into the Send Email action.

Tips for better output

• Be specific about audience and offer in the description — “20% off for new HVAC leads in the Phoenix area” beats “discount email.”
• Add personalization tags such as {{first_name}} after generation. AI returns generalized content; merge fields are inserted manually.
• Use Re-generate iteratively to tighten tone or shorten length.
• Combine with workflow branching for variant testing.
