Copy workflow actions lets you duplicate a single step or a block of steps from one Sparkforge workflow into another in the same sub-account. Copied actions stay on the clipboard for 15 minutes and can be pasted multiple times.

Copying actions between workflows duplicates one or more steps into another workflow inside the same sub-account. This cuts repetitive setup, keeps logic uniform, and skips the rebuild every time you need a similar sequence.

How to Copy Workflow Actions

Open Automation → Workflows and select the source workflow.
Find the action you want to reuse. Click the three-dot menu and choose Copy Action for a single step or Copy All Actions From Here to grab the block from that point.
Open the target workflow (same tab or a new tab in the same sub-account).
Click Quick Paste next to the + button, or open any action's three-dot menu and choose Paste Below.
Review the pasted actions and confirm assets and logic are correct, then save.

Clipboard Rules

Copied actions stay available to paste for 15 minutes.
You can paste multiple times during the window into different workflows in the same sub-account.
After expiration, paste no longer inserts the copied content. Copy again to continue.
Stay signed in and within the same sub-account when switching tabs.

What Does Not Copy

Triggers do not copy with actions. Asset references like emails, forms, or calendars persist only when those assets exist in the destination sub-account. Cross-sub-account copy is not supported through this feature — use full workflow duplication for that case.
