How to Hide the SMTP Setup Help Link in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

To hide the SMTP setup help doc link from sub-account users, paste a one-line CSS rule into Agency Settings &gt; Custom CSS that sets <code>.hl__smtp-help-doc { display: none; }</code>.

If you don't want sub-account users to see the SMTP setup help doc link, hide it with a single CSS rule.

Steps

  1. Log in to your Sparkforge account.
  2. Go to Settings > Agency Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Custom CSS field.
  4. Paste this rule:
.hl__smtp-help-doc {
  display: none;
}

Save the settings. The SMTP setup help doc link is now hidden across sub-accounts.

Show the link again

To restore the link, remove the CSS rule from the Custom CSS field and save.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does this CSS rule apply?
Across all sub-accounts under your agency. The Custom CSS field in Agency Settings injects globally.
Can I hide other elements the same way?
Yes — any element with a stable CSS class can be hidden with a similar rule. Inspect the element first to confirm the selector.
Does hiding the link disable SMTP setup?
No. The CSS only hides the link. Users can still configure SMTP through Email Services settings.
Will this affect agency-level settings?
Only the link visibility changes. The CSS doesn't alter functionality for agencies or sub-accounts.
