Content AI inside Sparkforge gives you quick actions for any text you're drafting — fix grammar, expand a thought, tighten a long passage, or simplify dense copy. Available today in the Social Planner, with rollout to Email Builder, Blogs, Funnels, and Website coming next.

What the quick actions do

Improve Writing

Polishes phrasing, flow, and word choice without changing your tone or intent. Useful when something reads off but you can't pinpoint why.

Make Longer

Expands the existing text — adds detail, examples, and elaboration around the original ideas.

Make Shorter

Tightens the passage. Keeps the core message, drops the filler.

Fix Spelling and Grammar

Corrects spelling and grammar without rewriting your voice. Errors out, your tone in.

Simplify Writing

Rewrites complex sentences in plain language so a wider audience can follow along.

How to use Content AI in the Social Planner

Go to Marketing → Social Planner.
Click Create New Post and pick the social accounts.
Click AI and choose Edit with AI if generating from scratch, or select existing text and pick a quick action.
Choose: Improve Writing, Fix Spelling and Grammar, Make Longer, Make Shorter, or Simplify Writing.
Review the paginated suggestions. Insert below the selected text or replace it.

Selected text uses just that selection; if nothing is selected, the AI considers the full post.

History

Every generation is logged under Automation → Content AI so you can review past suggestions or copy from earlier drafts.

Where do I find the Content AI quick actions?

In the Social Planner. Open Marketing → Social Planner, create or edit a post, and use the AI menu. Other modules are getting the same actions in upcoming releases.

Does Fix Spelling and Grammar change my tone?

No. It corrects mechanical errors only — your voice and word choice stay intact unless you also run Improve Writing.

Can I undo an AI suggestion?

Yes. Suggestions show in a paginated list. Pick another option, insert below the original text, or skip and keep your draft.

Where is the history of generated content stored?

Under Automation → Content AI. You can review every generation tied to your account.

Will Make Longer pad my content with fluff?

It expands the original ideas with more detail. Review the result — if it's too padded, run Make Shorter or edit manually before posting.
