How to Create a Social Post with Content AI in Sparkforge

By Sparkforge Support Team ·Last reviewed May 3, 2026

Sparkforge Social Planner's guided Content AI questions adapt to the platform and content type you pick (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; Post or Reel) so you only answer relevant prompts. Brand Voice fields auto-fill, mandatory fields stay visible, and optional questions live in a collapsible menu.

Content AI in Social Planner generates platform-specific posts with adaptive questions. Pick a platform and content type, and the form only shows the prompts that actually matter for that combination.

What the guided questions do

  • Platform-specific prompts — only questions relevant to your chosen channel appear.
  • Brand Voice auto-fill — saved brand voice fields populate by default; override per post when needed.
  • Mandatory vs optional — required fields stay visible; optional ones are tucked into a collapsible menu.
  • Goal and CTA prompts — guided questions push you to define the message, goal, and call-to-action.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Social Planner: from your Sparkforge dashboard, go to Marketing > Social Planner.
  2. Connect a social account if you haven't already.
  3. Click + New Post and pick Content AI from the dropdown.
  4. Pick the platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content type (Post, Reel).
  5. Review Brand Voice fields — accept the auto-fill or override per post.
  6. Answer the guided questions. Mandatory fields are always visible; expand the optional menu for tighter control.
  7. Generate, review the output, tweak as needed, then schedule or publish.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is guided Content AI available for every post type?
Currently it only runs when you choose Content AI from the New Post dropdown in Social Planner. Other post types use the standard composer.
Can I override Brand Voice for one post?
Yes. Brand Voice fields auto-fill from your saved settings, but you can edit them on any individual post without changing the saved defaults.
Do I have to answer the optional questions?
No. Skipping them still produces a post, but answering them gives the AI more context and usually produces tighter, more on-brand copy.
Does the AI output change by platform?
Yes. The guided questions and the generated copy adapt to the platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content type (Post, Reel) you pick.
