Guided Content Questions in Social Planner

Content AI in Social Planner now uses guided questions instead of a single open prompt. The form adapts to the platform and content type you pick, so the AI gets the context it needs to draft a post that fits each channel.

What changed

Instead of typing a generic prompt, you fill out a dynamic form that adapts based on the selected social platform and content type. Brand Voice fields auto-fill so output stays consistent with your existing settings.

How to use guided content questions

1. Go to Marketing > Social Planner.
2. Click + New Post.
3. Select Content AI from the dropdown to open the guided form.
4. Choose your social platform and content type.
5. Fill out the required fields: core message, content goal, and call to action.
6. (Optional) Expand additional questions for tone, audience nuance, or hashtags.
7. Review the auto-filled Brand Voice fields and edit if needed.
8. Click Generate Content.

Tips for stronger AI output

• Define the key message and goal precisely so the AI focuses
• Keep Brand Voice settings current so tone stays on-brand
• Use optional fields to add context the AI cannot infer
• Always review and tweak the draft before publishing

Does this work for every social platform?

Yes. The adaptive form supports Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the other platforms supported by Social Planner.

Is the guided form available in every posting workflow?

Currently it appears only when you select Content AI from the + New Post dropdown.

Can I save a draft if I don't finish?

Yes. Save progress as a draft and return later to finish.
