How to Connect Square Payments in Sparkforge
Connect Square in Sparkforge under Payments > Integrations to process one-time and subscription payments across order forms, invoices, stores, forms, memberships, and payment links. SaaS and re-billing not supported yet.
Sparkforge supports Square as a payment processor for subaccounts. Connect under Payments > Integrations using your Square API keys to start processing payments without leaving the platform.
What Square supports inside Sparkforge
Once connected, Square handles one-time and subscription payments configured under Payments > Products. That covers:
- Order forms
- Invoices
- Online stores
- Forms
- Memberships
- Payment links
SaaS Mode and re-billing are not supported with Square at this time.
Track payments under Payments > Orders and Payments > Transactions. All existing payment-related triggers work with Square out of the box.
Connect Square in test mode
- Log into your Square account at
https://app.squareup.com/login. - Open the sandbox account from the Square dashboard and stay signed in as the sandbox user.
- In Sparkforge, click Connect next to Square Test Mode. Sparkforge picks up the signed-in sandbox account automatically.
Locations and reconnects
- After connecting, the Sparkforge Integrations page lists every physical location on your Square account. Pick the one to associate with the subaccount.
- Existing customers can click Reconnect to refresh the location list.
- A default physical location is selected automatically on connect or reconnect — change it if you need a different one.
