How to Access Form Submissions in Sparkforge Conversations
Turn on Create Conversation on Submission per form so submissions appear inside the contact's Conversations thread. Reply by email or SMS without leaving the inbox, and use the Last Message Channel filter to surface form-driven conversations.
Lead forms hit your CRM, but the response often happens in a different tool. Sparkforge can drop the form submission directly into the contact's Conversations thread so the agent who replies has the full context without bouncing between screens.
What This Feature Does
When enabled at the form level, every submission creates or attaches to a conversation for that contact. The submission shows up as a card inside the thread — useful for lead capture, support inquiries, and any website or funnel form. The Forms Submissions page still works as the system of record; this is an additional access point.
Why Use It
- Faster follow-up: Read the submission and reply from the same screen.
- Better context: See what the contact submitted before you respond.
- Less context switching: Skip the trip back to Forms Submissions.
- Cleaner inbox: Filter conversations by form submission to triage them as a batch.
